Shipping Policy
All of our products are shipped using a secure, tracked delivery method to ensure your order arrives safely.
Free shipping is available on orders over a certain amount, depending on your region. You can find detailed information about shipping costs and free shipping thresholds further down this page. No code is necessary — free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout when your order qualifies.
Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and may vary depending on the destination country’s laws and regulations. We recommend contacting your local customs office prior to placing your order to determine any additional costs.
For certain locations, a remote area surcharge may apply. This surcharge will be displayed at checkout after you enter your shipping address. If your order qualifies for free shipping, the remote area surcharge will still apply.
Once an order has been placed, cancellations or adjustments are not possible.
Orders placed before 23:00 (CET) are usually processed the same day. During busy periods, please allow 1–3 business days for order processing.

Returns Policy (14-Day Right of Withdrawal)
In accordance with Dutch and EU consumer law, customers have the right to return their order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.
To initiate a return, customers must notify Agreable Living in writing (by email) within the 14-day return period.
Returned items must meet the following conditions:

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days after receipt of the return, using the original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within a reasonable time after delivery, including photos of the issue. We will provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund, in accordance with applicable law.
