1. General

These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made through the webshop of Agreable Living, a small business selling luxury decorative cushions, operating in the Netherlands.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Agreable Living reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most recent version will always be available on our website.

2. Products

All products offered by Agreable Living are luxury decorative cushions intended for interior use.

We do our best to display product descriptions, images, colors, and dimensions as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, texture, or size may occur due to screen settings or the handcrafted nature of some products. These variations do not entitle the customer to compensation or cancellation.

3. Prices

All prices listed on the website are in euros (€) and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and clearly displayed before the order is finalized. Agreable Living offers free shipping on orders over €100, unless otherwise stated.

Agreable Living reserves the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders can be placed through the webshop 24/7.

An order is considered final once payment has been successfully completed and an order confirmation has been sent by email.

We accept payments through the payment methods offered on the website. All payments must be completed in full before an order is processed and shipped.

Agreable Living is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Agreable Living aims to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery delays do not entitle the customer to compensation or cancellation unless required by Dutch law.

Risk of loss or damage to products transfers to the customer upon delivery.

6. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Dutch and EU consumer law, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without stating a reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify Agreable Living in writing (by email) within the 14-day period.

Returned products must:

• Be unused and in original condition

• Be returned in original packaging

• Not show signs of wear, damage, or washing

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned product, using the original payment method.

7. Defective or Incorrect Products

If a product is defective or incorrectly delivered, the customer must contact Agreable Living within a reasonable time after discovery.

Agreable Living will, at its discretion, offer a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with Dutch consumer law.

8. Liability

Agreable Living is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profit or loss of use.

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question, unless otherwise required by law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion is not permitted under Dutch law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including but not limited to texts, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Agreable Living and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

10. Privacy

Agreable Living processes personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information on how we handle personal data.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law.

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms & Conditions shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
